At our shop, Michael DiFazio Reclaim Artistry, we don’t just make furniture – we keep it real! We believe in having your back in the wild world of custom furniture shopping.
So, here’s our No Nonsense Guarantee:
If the piece that’s delivered isn’t the right colour, size, or style you ordered, no sweat – we’ll fix it or swap it out. (read more about this here)
If your new piece of furniture takes a beating on the way home to you, we’ll fix it up or swap it for a beautiful new one.
If your furniture decides to move, crack or split, we’re on it – fixing it up at no additional cost (shipping charges may apply)
This is our No Nonsense Guarantee, standing strong as long as you’ve got your custom piece from us. Yeah, we’re building incredible pieces of furniture, but we’re a close-knit crew, kinda like your friendly local wood shop over some corporate giant. No fancy call centers or confusing policies here. The same person who helped you design and create your custom project is the one ready to talk if things aren’t spot-on. Give us a text, or shoot an email to info@michaeldifazio.ca, and we’ll sort it all out, easy-peasy.

The Process is Easy
Consultation
Tell us what you’re imagining — or come with nothing but a feeling. We’ll guide you through materials, finishes, and function until a detailed 3D illustration shows you exactly what you’re getting before a single piece of wood is cut.
Build
We do the work from here, building your piece primarily from reclaimed materials and keeping you updated throughout so your vision stays on track from the first cut to the final finish.
Delivery
When it’s ready, we come to you — bringing your piece to the door, setting it up inside, or sending one of our skilled contractors to install it properly — and we’d love to come back after to photograph the finished piece in your space.
